1. Product Material & Craft

Made from high purity 8011 food grade aluminium alloy, fully compliant with FDA, EU & GB food contact safety standards. Adopts advanced rolling processing to form compact uniform foil texture, smooth bright silver surface without pinholes, ensuring stable barrier performance against water vapor, grease, odor and ultraviolet light. Available thickness from 9micron to 24micron; heavy-duty specification uses 12~20μm thickened material for outstanding tear & puncture resistance.

2. Roll & Core Structure Detail

• Inner core: High hardness kraft paper tube, tight winding without loose layer or foil sliding during unwinding, standard inner diameter 38mm/76mm for household & big industrial rolls respectively.
• Foil winding: Neat layered winding, consistent tightness along the whole roll length, no uneven edge, convenient for smooth pulling and cutting.

3. Packing Box Feature

Custom printed color carton with built-in sharp metal cutting blade embedded on box edge. Users can easily cut foil into needed size without auxiliary scissors; customized box artwork, language(English/Arabic/Spanish etc.) and brand printing are acceptable for OEM orders. Standard retail pack: single roll per color box, bulk rolls packed by carton & pallet for container shipping.

  Production workshop

  Our aluminium foil production workshop covers standardized closed production space with full set of advanced integrated production lines from raw aluminium ingot melting, casting, cold rolling, intermediate annealing, finish rolling, slitting to finished rewinding & packaging.

  1. Raw Material & Rolling Area Workshop adopts 8011 alloy aluminium ingot as core raw material, equipped with modern multi-pass cold rolling mills and precision finishing rolling equipment. Constant temperature & humidity closed workshop environment effectively controls foil thickness tolerance, realizing finished foil thickness ranging from 9μm to 25μm with ultra-low pinhole rate, meeting global food-grade safety standards of FDA, EU Regulation and China GB standard. Independent high-temperature annealing workshop removes internal stress of semi-finished foil to improve ductility, guarantee the foil flexible & tear-resistant property for heavy-duty kitchen use.
  2. Precision Slitting & Rewinding Workshop Automatic high-speed slitting machines cut master foil roll into customized widths of 300mm, 450mm and other custom sizes. Digital constant-tension rewinding system ensures neat winding, tight roll layers and smooth edge without burr; both small household retail rolls and large industrial jumbo rolls can be produced flexibly according to client's order requirements.
  3. Finished Product Packaging Workshop Dust-free semi-enclosed packaging workshop, equipped with automatic carton packing & labeling assembly line. Workers finish foil box loading, brand customized color box packaging, inspection and outer carton packing. Every finished roll goes through appearance, thickness and tensile strength spot check before warehouse entry, to control defective rate strictly.
  4. Quality Control System Independent QC laboratory inside workshop equipped with thickness tester, pinhole detector and food safety migration test instruments. Raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished online sampling inspection and finished product outbound triple-inspection system are fully implemented, supporting OEM customized packaging, size and thickness for global customers from Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa.

  Packaging Description

  1. Retail Small Roll (Household Foil) Single aluminium foil roll is packed with customized printed color carton with built-in cutter blade. Several packed rolls are loaded into standard export outer cartons, fixed with strapping tape to avoid shifting during transit. Customized brand, multilingual printing (English/Arabic) on carton is available for OEM orders.
  2. Industrial Jumbo Foil Roll Large bulk foil rolls are wrapped with waterproof kraft paper + PE moisture-proof film, protected with hard cardboard caps on both ends to prevent edge damage. Rolls are bundled and fixed on standard export wooden pallets with wrapping film.

  Transportation Detail

  • Short-distance domestic delivery: Truck transportation with covered cargo to keep goods away from rain and dampness.
  • Oversea shipment: Palletized cargo is loaded into full container (20GP/40HQ). Goods are stacked reasonably inside container to prevent extrusion deformation. We arrange waterproof treatment for whole pallet to avoid moisture damage during long ocean transit. All cartons are marked with shipping mark, product spec, quantity for easy customs clearance and receiving.
